چکیده
The 5G non-public network deployments for industrial applications are becoming highly interesting industries and enterprises owing to dependable wireless performance characteristics. With an increasing trend of in local licensed and/or shared spectrum, coexistence issues naturally arise. In this article, we present our detailed empirical results on the impact a NR indoor from outdoor operating same mid-band spectrum. We experimental uplink downlink deployed shopfloor. Our quantify characteristics based realistic traffic loads when using synchronized unsynchronized Time Division Duplex (TDD) patterns, different UE deployment locations interference levels. also mitigating effects through robust link adaptation techniques. believe that is first which reports quantified cochannel systematic study, provides signficant insights behavior scenarios

5G NR Jamming, Spoofing, and Sniffing: Threat Assessment and Mitigation
In December 2017, the Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) released the first set of specifications for 5G New Radio (NR), which is currently the most widely accepted 5G cellular standard. 5G NR is expected to replace LTE and previous generations of cellular technology over the next several years, providing higher throughput, lower latency, and a host of new features. Similar to LTE, the...

The advent of a new generation of wireless cellular communication networks (5G) is currently being discussed both in research and standardization, while 4G is continuously evolving. Within the overall 5GPPP framework, FANTASTIC5G is the project dealing with the design of the multi-service air interface for below 6 GHz. Ultimate target of the project is to allow the system to adapt to any means ...
متن کاملThe Future is Unlicensed: Coexistence in the Unlicensed Bands for 5G Networks
5G has to fulfill the requirements of ultra-dense, scalable, and customizable networks such as IoT while increasing spectrum and energy efficiency. Given the diversity of envisaged applications and scenarios, one crucial property for 5G New Radio (NR) is flexibility: flexible UL/DL allocation, bandwidths, or scalable transmission time interval, and most importantly operation at different freque...
متن کاملInterference Mitigation Techniques for Coexistence of 5G mmWave Users with Incumbents at 70 and 80 GHz
The millimeter wave spectra at 71-76GHz (70GHz) and 81-86GHz (80GHz) have the potential to endow fifth-generation new radio (5G-NR) with mobile connectivity at gigabit rates. However, a pressing issue is the presence of incumbent systems in these bands, which are primarily point-topoint fixed stations (FSs). In this paper, we first identify the key properties of incumbents by parsing databases ...
